Please fill out the information in this form to submit your interest in the Washington Capitals Rising Stars Academy!

 

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee registration for the academy. The Capitals will review your submission and contact you regarding your status for participation. 

The academy is focused on elite skill development for travel players and high-level house players. Players ages 9-17 are eligible to register. All participants must be registered with USA Hockey for the 2024-2025 season. USA Hockey numbers will be verified prior to participation.
